About OGP

Overseas Golf Properties introduces discerning guests to a stunning collection of real estate opportunities situated in and around the major golfing resorts of Florida, Portugal, Spain and their sub-Tropical Islands.

We are formed from a group of experienced professionals in the global real estate industry with history of providing the most exclusive and desirable properties in the heart of Spain’s main golfing regions such Southern Costa Blanca, Costa Calida and Costa del Sol.

Jointly we represent all the major developers of the Golf resorts and also combine to offer the widest selection of resale properties.

With experience of the property market on the Costas dating back to the 1980’s and 1990’s we offer an exceptional service that gives our clients a unique, comprehensive range of properties, opportunities and back-up services.

The service we offer

Our all-inclusive service starts with UK based consultants preparing travellers for an inspection tour of the Golf places of their dreams. Once in Spain our guides will show not just the selection of properties that are on-point to our guests’ demands but all aspects of living, working and playing in the region.

Once the perfect property has been found and the decision to buy is made our in-house lawyers will go through the paperwork – they have an equalled reputation for ensuring everything is as it should be.

Our guides will advise on the financial requirements of the purchase – deposits, stage payments, mortgages, etc. while our in-house translators will ensure everything is understood fully by every buyer. Every aspect of owning a property will be explained thoroughly including, registrations with the authorities, local taxes, setting up utilities and being part of the community.

When the big day comes, our local guides will escort buyers to the Notary. There they will take out the stresses by ensuring everything is checked, translated and explained before the signatures go onto the title deeds. Or, we can arrange for Power of Attorney and have the deeds signed by a reputable lawyer.

The next visit will then be straight to the new property for a glass of Cava and a round of Golf.”
